Healthy Relationships Course

The Healthy Relationships Course is a 6 week programme held for an hour and a half each week (excluding half term dates.) This course aims to:

Explore what a healthy relationship looks like
Asks where do we get our ‘norm’ of a healthy relationship from
Examine our interpersonal relationships in general
Encourages us to look at our own expectations of relationships
Raises the question of are we happy within our current relationship
Provides a safe environment for open and honest communication
Reduces Isolation for those experiencing domestic abuse/violence
Highlights the sources of help available (together with contact details)
Informs the individual they are not to blame or alone in their experience

In addition to the six week course, we currently offer an additional two sessions: An Introduction into Assertiveness Techniques.
